When my client Jenny told me she wanted to have some family pictures taken over the Thanksgiving holiday, we picked a date and scheduled the session. Jenny and her family were in town from Virginia visiting family for the holiday. She was worried that it might be a little cold over the holiday weekend, I chuckled and told her not to worry, Palm Beach will have beautiful weather that weekend.

Boy was I wrong! I was right about one thing it wasn't cold but it wasn't beautiful either, it was HOT!!! With daylight savings time we needed to begin shooting around 4:00 and I think about 10 minutes in everyone was sweating! Including sweet little Lexi in her beautiful little dress and tights. I mean after all it is Christmas card photos. :)

We persevered though and were able to capture some amazing family shots! Of course we all wanted to jump in the pool when were were done, but the pictures turned out great! We were very happy to have grandma there to help us get the perfect little smirks and grins from Lexi!

So thankful we had this time together and I got to capture these wonderful memories for your precious family!
